Shipping & Exchanges
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted in the product name (please note if you are buying something in pre-order). If you purchase multiple items and one is noted as pre-order, all items will be shipped together at the later date. You may request multiple shipments in this scenario to receive your other items sooner by contacting us by email.
The shipping costs are:
Portugal: registered orders 4€
Europe: registered orders- 10€
Worldwide: Delivery is only available in some countries (but you can always ask us a quote)
The delivery time are:
Portugal: 1-7 working days
Europe: 3-10 working days
Worldwide: 10-30 working days
Returns and Exchanges
All exchanges and claims must be authorized by our team by email within 5 days after receiving the items. To exchange, the item has to been returned in its original condition. If out tester proofs that the items were used or altered will not be accepted. The item will be send again to the customer, with no special warning. We are not responsible for returned items lost in the mail, customs, so please collect your tracking information and insure the package for good measure. In extra europa please be sure you declare RETURN FOR GOODS - free of cost. Always send your invoice and order number with the return.
We currently do not accept returns.

You may cancel any order, provided it has not yet been shipped. Just send us an email and the cancellation will be free of charge. If cancellation was not possible, the products will be delivered to you.
